I upgraded our SQL cluster to new hardware tonight. Except for a few glitches, things went great. I can't wait to see how much it rocks on Monday.
I'm still looking for a cheap Core 2 processor to upgrade my main rig. This will allow me to take the current CPU in it and pass it on to my server box. I'd prefer one with hardware virtualization now that I'm dealing with VMWare. Anybody got one?
New Router
I finally upgraded to a decent router. It's a Linksys WRT310N running DD-WRT. It's pretty sweet. I've added a link to this page that will allow you to view my bandwith logs (click the link titled "Network")
I also have the intrusion and syslogs dumped to a SQL Server 2008 database. I plan on adding a small section of this page where I can view those as well.
